SteamCon II

Thanks everyone for an awesome weekend at SteamCon! I am definitely looking forward to doing it again next year.

OryCon was also a success - Punksworth the Owl won "Best 3D Art Piece" by voter's choice! I am absolutely thrilled. Thank you!!!

Within the next week I will be drastically expanding this website - to include the watch pieces that I had on sale at SteamCon, as well as all of the other jewelry that was available for sale. Anybody in the Portland area should make sure to check out OryCon 32 "The Darker Side of Fantasy" from November 12-14 at the Portland Doubletree. I have several pieces on display there in the art room. Unfortunately, the dates are awfully close to Steamcon, so I wasn't able to make it in person this year.

Preparations for Steamcon have been going well! I have several new products to offer, including new jewelry, steampunk charms, and assorted vintage watch parts to work on your own creations! I've also started a new wire-working technique that I think feels very steampunk! I'll be offering DIY kits soon.

Since all of my products are either at Orycon or Steamcon, sales on this website will temporarily be shut down. They will reopen after Steamcon (November 19-21st).

Finally Updating!

Things around here have been hectic lately, but I've finally found some time to post! Last weekend in Portland, Oregon was our debut of Steampunk altered art supplies - real vintage watch faces, movements, watch glasses, and more. They were such a hit that I'm going to be bringing them to this website soon. You can also expect to find them at Steamcon '10 - where GemPunk will be a vendor!

A couple months ago GemPunk jewelry appeared in a Steampunk event at the Gallery of THUM in Spokane, WA and was on display for a month - so that was exciting! It was a great event, featuring many local Steampunk artists.

I've been working on some new pieces, as well as an updated shopping cart - so stay tuned for those!

It's that time of year again (no, not SakuraCon)! Time for the PacNWs best Sci-Fi/Fantasy convention - NorWesCon! We'll be showing in the art show again this year, so come visit our table!
